1. Our commitment
Rapid Momentum Consulting is committed to ensuring that theramc.com is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is consistent with our firm values and with the institutional standards we hold ourselves to as a professional services practice.
2. Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is the global benchmark for accessible web content and the level referenced by accessibility regulations in most jurisdictions where we operate, including the EU Web Accessibility Directive, the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, US Section 508, and Australia's Disability Discrimination Act guidance.
The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA at the date of this statement. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to remediate identified issues and re-audit quarterly.
3. What we have done
The Site has been built with accessibility considered from the design system stage:
- Semantic HTML throughout, with proper heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3) on every page
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background meeting WCAG 2.1 AA 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements with visible focus indicators
- Alternative text for all meaningful images; decorative images marked as such
- Form labels associated with form controls; error messages programmatically linked to relevant inputs
- Respect for the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsetting — animations are disabled for users who have set this preference - Responsive design that supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of functionality or content
- No reliance on colour alone to convey meaning
- Skip-to-content navigation provided on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users
4. Known limitations
We recognise the following limitations and are working to address them:
- Downloadable PDF resources. Some of our downloadable PDF brochures and reports do not yet meet full PDF/UA accessibility standards. We are progressively remediating each downloadable asset and adding tagged-PDF versions where currently missing. In the interim, contact accessibility@theramc.com for an accessible version of any specific resource.
- Third-party embedded content. Where the Site embeds third-party content (such as Microsoft Bookings for calendar scheduling), the accessibility of that content is the responsibility of the third party. We provide alternative contact channels for visitors who cannot use third-party scheduling tools.
- Interactive self-assessments. Our self-assessment tools are being built with accessibility in mind from the start, including full keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility. As each is released, it will be audited against WCAG 2.1 AA.
5. Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Browsers: latest two versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop; mobile Safari and Chrome on iOS and Android
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, iOS 15+, Android 11+
The Site is not designed for or tested against Internet Explorer; visitors using IE may experience display or functionality issues.
6. Assessment approach
We assess Site accessibility through a combination of:
- Automated testing using axe DevTools and Lighthouse accessibility audits on every release
- Manual keyboard-only navigation testing on key user flows
- Manual screen-reader testing on key user flows annually
- An external accessibility audit on an annual basis
